Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Free & Paid Plans

We offer a Free plan and various Paid plans (Pro, Premium, Enterprise). Limits for each plan are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan limits at any time.

2. Payments

  • Billing Cycle: Payments are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payment Method: You must maintain a valid payment method on file via the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment is not received within 7 days, your account will be downgraded or locked.

3. Additional Packages

You may purchase "Add-ons" (e.g., extra storage, seats, search credits). These are billed as recurring subscriptions alongside your main plan.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

To cancel, go to "Billing" in the app and select "Manage Subscription." You will be redirected to Stripe to cancel. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
